It’s usually only when a person has reached rock bottom that the suffering becomes too much to bear. At times, change begins after a spouse’s disparaging remarks or the fact of no longer being able to carry out an everyday task.

We are a team
Many of my patients were successful in losing weight after having read my book Be Thin Through Motivation. They saw themselves in other people with the same problem. The assessment of Mental Weight® program has helped many people to identify the causes of their problems and to solve them once and for all.

You alone are fully responsible for your success. However, with help and the motivational tools that you need, you will succeed where you have failed before. You are not alone with your problem. Do not hesitate, especially when things are going bad, to contact your motivational counselor and physician who sincerely wish to help you find the happiness you deserve.

What are you afraid of?
