  • Selecting the package to suit your goals.

On Going Weekly visits

You will meet your coach every week:

  • 15 minutes.
  • Review the food menu and making the necessary fixes.
  • Weighing and various measures .
  • Managing emotions.
  • Increased motivation ( various tools ... )
