Returns and Refunds

Their is no return or refund on food and supplements.

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased through our online store, in order to request a refund, you must return the merchandise within 15 days following the date which the item was delivered to your home. You must first contact us to request an RMA number.

The returned merchandise will have to be in its original state, therefore in perfect condition and unused. Once the merchandise is received, we will immediately refund your account in the amount of the purchase, if you wish, or we will proceed with the requested exchange along with the required adjustments, if the case be.

We would like to remind you that we do not refund shipping and handling fees, with the exception of an item that was damaged before it was received or if we are responsible for a delivery sent to you by mistake.
