Motivation

The World Health Organization is sounding the alarm: obesity is the disease of the century, it has reached the epidemic stage. It is not a matter of appearance, it is a public health issue. From childhood to adulthood, the complications are disastrous: high cholesterol, poor circulation, high blood pressure and an epidemic of type 2 diabetes.

The Mental Weight® questionnaire, in addition to identifying the bad habits and attitudes responsible for the weight problem, evaluates weight loss predictions by giving a choice of more than 6 different scientifically proven diets to ensure rapid and healthy weight loss. This novelty allows each person to choose a personalized diet that suits them and gives them the possibility to change at any time.

Our counsellors have received training in motivation and behaviour change from a professional psychologist and are constantly supervised.

For our new patients and those who have not consulted in the last 4 years, we offer motivation packages at very reasonable and decreasing costs (from $24.00 to $15.00 per visit) depending on the weight to be lost and the time needed to achieve it.

Being able to choose a diet according to your needs, to continue your program even after a deviation, to take advantage of your mistakes to improve… this is the essence of our Slimming Motivation Program!

To date, these improvements have allowed us to see much better continuity, much less abandonment and weight loss up to twice as much.
