#4 Change your habits quickly.

In this same study, we found that the quick change of habits is productive of a successful weight loss.

Habits are acquired through repetition as Pavlov as shown.

Usually within 4 and 21 days.

Habits are extinguished also between 4 and 21 days by stopping the repetition.

I will also say that tastes can be changed between 4 and 21 days.

The major obstacle : the psychological need to compensate with food, such as alcohol, drugs or cigarettes  for emotional distress.
