I lost 25 pounds with this program in 3 months. The products are delicious and filling. No points to count, quick to... prepare and there is a great variety of products. I was not motivated to start a diet to lose the 25 pounds I had gained, and I needed a diet that was quick to lose early on to motivate me, so it was perfect. I lost 6.8 pounds in the first week.
